AcreWatch, a DBA of Midwest Drones LLC(“AcreWatch,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides aerial-intelligence and drone-operations services and operates this website together with the associated operations platform (collectively, the “Services”). We collect the following categories of information:

• Information you provide. When you submit a contact or quote request, create or are issued an account, or otherwise communicate with us, we collect details such as your name, business name, email address, phone number, and the content of your messages.
• Operational and mission data. To deliver our Services we process information about job sites, field boundaries, schedules, and the imagery, photographs, and deliverables produced during a mission. Uploaded imagery may contain embedded location (EXIF) metadata.
• Information collected automatically. Like most online services, our servers record basic technical and usage information (such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested). We use a single authentication cookie to keep you signed in; we do not use third-party advertising cookies.

If a pilot chooses to connect their Google Calendar, AcreWatch requests the Google Calendar “events on calendars you own” scope (https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.events.owned) for the sole purposeof creating, updating, and removing the calendar events that correspond to that pilot’s assigned missions, on the pilot’s own calendar. We do not read or modify any of the pilot’s other events, and we store a Google refresh token solely to maintain this connection and keep the pilot’s mission schedule in sync.

• We do not use Google user data for advertising, and we do not sell it.
• We do not share Google user data with third parties except as strictly necessary to provide the calendar feature or as required by law.
• A pilot may disconnect at any time from their profile, which revokes our access. Access can also be removed from the Google Account permissions page at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

AcreWatch’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, schedule, and improve the Services and our missions;
• Respond to inquiries, quotes, and support requests;
• Create and administer accounts and authenticate users;
• Send service-related communications, such as mission updates and notifications;
• Maintain the security and integrity of the Services; and
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in the following circumstances:

• Service providers. With vendors that host our infrastructure, store data, and send email on our behalf, who may process information only to perform services for us.
• With your direction. With the client, pilot, or other party an account is associated with, as needed to coordinate and deliver a mission.
• Legal and safety. When required by law, regulation, or legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of AcreWatch, our clients, or others.
• Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Services, maintain mission and operational records, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed account passwords, and role-based access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

• Google Calendar. Disconnect at any time from your pilot profile or via your Google Account permissions, as described above.
• Account information. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account information by contacting us. Some information may be retained as required for legitimate business or legal purposes.
• Communications. You may opt out of non-essential emails; service and account messages may still be sent where necessary.

The Services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above, and material changes will be reflected on this page.
