Telangana Government cautions Public on Real Estate Projects.

The Telangana State Real Estate Regulatory Authority has released a caution to the general public and potential investors to verify and project thoroughly before buying properties as there are firms, who are advertising, marketing and selling properties, without proper approvals from the authorities concerned like GHMC/HMDA/DTCP/TSRERA especially in Chevella, Kistapur. Any Real Estate project should be registered with the RERA which is enacted by the Government of India in 2016 in order to regulate and promote Real Estate Sector with transparency and efficiency. Under this Act, public will be able to file complaints with respect to any registered Real Estate project and also access details of Registered projects online.
