Hyderabad: Real Estate sales record double !

Analysis has shown record growth in sales between April and September 2022 in the top seven Real estate markets in the country. Sales in Pune have doubled between the months compared to the previous financial year. Among the seven cities, Hyderabad is one that registered 130 per cent growth during the fiscal first half compared to last fiscal. Despite increased interest rates and basic property costs, the top seven cities have seen and 119 per cent rise. Post pandemic, Real estate industry has seen a steady growth across the country. Home buyers preference on bigger homes is widely recorded. Lowest interest rates and push the government allowed the industry to register good growth.
